_ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR management, or related field, preferably plus a graduate degree;

_ 10 years experience in Human Resources;

_ Experience in the generalist function as well as other HR functions;

Job Responsibilities

1.Resourcefully identify business opportunities but critically analyze feasibility and profitability of these opportunities before submitting feasibility study of various business opportunities to MD and Executive Committee.
